Which package is right for me?
Standard suits sole traders, startups and small businesses that need a professional site of up to 5 pages. Business gives you up to 7 pages, a more business-focused design and initial SEO setup. Choose Online Shop Launch if you want to sell products online. Not sure? Tell us about your business in the form below and we’ll recommend the right one.
Is SEO included in the website packages?
Standard does not include a dedicated SEO service, but every site is built to sound technical standards: responsive layouts, sensible headings and clean URLs. Business includes a one-off initial SEO setup during your build and launch: basic keyword research for your business and core services, page titles and meta descriptions for the agreed pages, a logical heading structure, image alt text, internal links, XML sitemap setup or verification, Google Search Console setup (or connecting your existing property) and indexing requests for eligible pages, made at launch or within 30 days of handover if your launch is delayed, once you’ve given us the access needed. Neither package includes ongoing SEO, such as keyword tracking, monthly SEO reports, continuing optimisation, regular content, link building or advertising. Google decides what it indexes, when, and how pages rank, so we never guarantee indexing, rankings or traffic.
Are the prices fixed?
Yes. Our packages are fixed-price, and you get a clear quote before any work starts. If you need something bespoke, we’ll quote for it up front.
How long does it take to build a website?
Standard is typically ready in 3–5 days and Business in 5–7 days. Online Shop Launch typically takes 14–21 working days, starting once we have all your content, product information and access. These are typical times, not guaranteed dates, and we agree a timeline with you before we start.
What do the policy drafts in Online Shop Launch cover?
We prepare first drafts of your privacy notice, website terms and conditions, delivery policy and returns and refunds policy, based on the information you give us and how your shop is actually set up. Where information is missing or a legal question comes up, we flag it instead of guessing, and you confirm the drafts accurately describe your business before we install them. They are drafts, not legal advice, and we don’t guarantee legal compliance. Specialist legal work and independent legal review are not included. Corrections to the drafts form part of your two revision rounds; further policy changes are quoted separately.
Do I need to buy any plugin licences?
We install and set up the standard, free plugins your site needs at no extra charge. Premium plugin licences, such as Elementor Pro, and any third-party fees are not included in any package. If your project needs one, you buy the licence in your own name and we install it. We’ll tell you which are needed, and what they cost, before any work starts.
What isn’t included in Online Shop Launch?
Unless we agree it separately in writing, the package does not include hosting, domain registration and renewals, premium plugin licences, payment-provider fees, extensive copywriting, professional photography, bulk product imports, complex product variations, subscriptions, marketplaces, bespoke integrations and ongoing maintenance. We’ll quote for anything extra before work starts.
Can I update the website myself?
Yes. Your website is built on WordPress with the Elementor page builder, so you can change text and images yourself. We’ll show you around it when it launches, or our care plans can handle updates for you.
Can you help me start from scratch, including a logo?
Yes. From your logo and branding to a full website, we can handle it all under one roof.
Can you look after my website after it’s launched?
Yes, as an optional extra. Ongoing maintenance isn’t part of the packages; our paid care plans start from £39 per month and cover updates, backups, checks and small changes.
