We prepare first drafts of your privacy notice, website terms and conditions, delivery policy and returns and refunds policy, based on the information you give us and how your shop is actually set up. Where information is missing or a legal question comes up, we flag it instead of guessing, and you confirm the drafts accurately describe your business before we install them.
What the drafts are not
They are drafts, not legal advice, and we don’t guarantee legal compliance. Specialist legal work and independent legal review are not included. Corrections to the drafts form part of your two revision rounds; further policy changes are quoted separately.

Times are typical, not guaranteed completion dates. Online Shop Launch typically takes 14–21 working days, starting once we have all your content, product information and access. We agree a timeline with you before we start.
Plugins and licences
We install and set up the standard, free plugins your site needs at no extra charge. Premium plugin licences, such as Elementor Pro, and any third-party fees are not included in any package. If your project needs one, you buy the licence in your own name and we install it. We’ll tell you which are needed, and what they cost, before any work starts.
Not included in Online Shop Launch
Unless separately agreed in writing: hosting, domain registration and renewals, premium plugin licences, payment-provider fees, extensive copywriting, professional photography, bulk product imports, complex product variations, subscriptions, marketplaces, bespoke integrations and ongoing maintenance. We’ll quote for anything extra before work starts.
After launch
We hand your shop over and show you how to manage products and orders. Ongoing maintenance is not part of the package; optional paid care plans are available if you’d like continuing support.

How much does an online shop cost?
Online Shop Launch is £999. It covers a WooCommerce shop with up to 10 agreed pages, up to 10 standard products uploaded, one payment gateway, standard shipping and checkout setup, four tailored policy drafts and two rounds of revisions. Bigger or more custom shops are quoted separately.
How long does it take to build?
Typically 14–21 working days, starting once we have all your content, product information and access. That is a typical time, not a guaranteed date. Larger shops take longer, and we agree a timeline with you before we start.
Can I add products and manage orders myself?
Yes. WooCommerce lets you add products, update stock and manage orders from your WordPress dashboard. We’ll show you how at launch.
What if I have more than 10 products?
Up to 10 standard products are uploaded as part of the package, using the details and images you supply. We can quote to add more, or show you how to add them yourself.
Can you connect my shop to other systems?
Yes, as additional work. Links to accounting, email marketing, delivery and other tools are not part of the package and are quoted separately. Tell us what you use and we’ll advise.
