Can we meet in person?
We work remotely, so your project is handled by phone, video call, WhatsApp and email. Most clients find it quicker: you see designs and previews on your own screen, and nothing has to wait for a meeting.
Do you only work with Manchester businesses?
No. We’re a Manchester company and work with businesses across Greater Manchester, and the same remote way of working means we build websites for businesses anywhere in the UK.
How long does a website take?
Our Standard package is typically ready in around 7 days and Business in around 5. Online shops typically take 14–21 working days, starting once we have all your content, product information and access. These are typical times, not guaranteed dates, and we agree the timeline with you before we start.
Can I update the website myself?
Yes. Your website is built on WordPress, so you can change text and images yourself. We show you around it at launch.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. Tell us about your current site and what isn’t working, and we’ll recommend whether to redesign it or start fresh.
What happens after my website launches?
We make sure everything works, hand it over and show you how to use it. Ongoing maintenance isn’t included in the packages; optional paid care plans start from £30.
