Care plan questions
What does a care plan include?
Every plan covers content uploads and fixes, layout fixes and plugin installations, with a set number of hours, image uploads, revisions and extra pages. Business and Premium also cover back-end changes, and Premium includes a website backup.
Which plan is right for me?
Basic suits occasional updates, Business suits websites that need regular changes, and Premium suits busy sites with lots of content. If you’re unsure, tell us what you need and we’ll recommend one.
How do I ask for changes?
Send us the changes you’d like along with any text, images or files, and we’ll take care of them.
Is a website backup included?
A free website backup is included in the Premium plan.
Do you work with businesses outside the UK?
Yes. We’re based in Manchester and work with businesses across the UK and worldwide. We can arrange calls in UK and US time zones.
